Claims and Complaints
Deadlines
We process all complaints and claims that arrive within 24 hours. We ask you to leave the rejected goods in their original sealed packaging and to keep them in their entirety until the matter has been resolved.
Defects that are not reported within the above-mentioned period, we can unfortunately no longer take into account. A later return of goods or subsequent deliveries of shortages are excluded. We can also no longer accept complaints about wines that have already been opened.
Product Defect
Product defects that are submitted in due time and are eligible will be replaced and subsequently delivered by us. You shall only have a right of conversion and reduction if the replacement delivery is not possible in the individual case within a reasonable period of time. Claims for consequential harm caused by a defect are excluded
Transport Damage
Obvious transport damage must be reported immediately to the deliverer and confirmed by the bearer of the shipment. Transport damage that is not immediately apparent must be reported to the carrier in written form within a period of 24 hours.
