A real novelty! Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt and Merlot are grown together on one field. But they are also harvested and fermented together. Full-bodied and with a lot of piquancy the Gemischter Satz Rosé makes you want more.
Very unqiue! The Gemischte Satz Rosé is the refreshing result of a multi cultural vineyard which is located in the steeply southern hillside of the Eisenberg as well as at the Königsberg where the soil is more loamy. Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt and Merlot grow here randomly together and are also harvested and fermented together.
The wine serves a bright pink color in the glass and smells like fresh herbs. Full-bodied on the palate with a lot of piquancy. The strong and acidic taste makes you wish for more.
The grapes are carefully hand selected and fermented in a cool stainless steel tank to ensure that most off the freshness and piquancy is preserved. Accordingly the wine rests on the yeasts to obtain a complexity in taste and to keep it cheery and light.
It serves well on its own or toghether with spicy dishes, fish, white meat or pasta dishes.
