Eisenberg in southern Burgenland in Austria is marked by sunny, steep and stony hillsides. The wine-growing area is one of the highest in Burgenland with an average height of 280-480 meters above the sea level. Unique grapevines grow on a unique soil to produce special wines like our Groszer Wein Blaufränkisch Saybritz.
Our Saybritz 2012 is a fantastic vintage. It promises aromas of blackberries, black elderberries and has a rich herbal flavour with fine tannins. On the palate it is dry and full-bodied.
It is a wine that can perfectly be served to food like beef roulades or veal cutlet.
